• Parts and labour for ticket #133-9360 style jobs are itemised before we start when the bench is busy.
• Appointments at the studio should arrive on time during Wed–Sat 11:00–19:00. Late arrivals may be shortened or moved; cancel early via enquiries@this site so the slot can reopen.

Liability for services at the studio is limited to the fullest extent permitted by Romania law. Non-waivable consumer rights in Cluj-Napoca remain intact.

Website content on this site is owned by the studio. Do not scrape or republish for commercial use without permission. Governing law: Romania. Disputes: courts competent for Cluj-Napoca where applicable.

• Our printmaking desk explains terms before tools leave the shelf and favour fewer parallel jobs during busy weeks. We keep printmaking notes separate from unrelated service tracks
• Returning visitors can skip the full printmaking intake when notes are on file using honest lead times rather than same-day promises when the bench is full. Established 2010, still owner-run.
